Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time, but hopefully soon!

How do I leave a gift message?
Choose the gift option at check-out to leave a gift message. Be sure to sign your name, and your message will be written on a card and sent with your order.

What is the return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of the product and the subjectivity of smells, our candles are not available for return.

However, if your candle arrives damaged or otherwise, please reach out to hello@goodmoodcandleco.com, and we will get the issue resolved!

What are the shipping options?
We currently ship only to the United States with USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express.

When will I receive my order?
Orders typically ship 2-3 days after receiving the order. During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through the New Year), please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed.
Once shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking number.

What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please email us at hello@goodmoodcandleco.com with your order number, and an explanation/photo of the defect.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Due to the size of our business we are not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. But please email us at hello@goodmoodcandleco.com with any concerns.

Where are you located?
We are located in sunny St. Pete, Florida.

Where can I find your products?
Coming soon. For now, you can find us online and at select markets in the Tampa Bay area.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
We hand-make our candles in small batches of six at a time. Using soy wax and wooden wicks sourced from the United States. Our wooden wicks are sustainably farmed, and our fragrances are phthalate free.
